For some reason, I've never had any interest in reading books, unless they're academically related or religious. No offense but I find them an extreme waste of time and reading the first 2 pages makes me yawn.

Is it because, I've never looked for a book that maybe of my interest? Or some people are just like that? They prefer reading important material, articles and watch documentaries/movies than reading a plain book.

I have heard that books give a significant boost in English literacy and skill, is it true?

Yes that is true man. Book reading gives many hidden benefits to u that come out of your mind unintentionally. And it is how you feel very good after that. And different books are written in different writing styles that build your writing and literary taste.

Yeah, perhaps you're right.
From what I have noticed, those who read Books have developed a great way of expression when it comes to speech and have their English significantly improved to a extent that's extremely overwhelming / intimidating and that's exactly the English language proficiently I strive for. :[

Jinnah, Creator of Pakistan by Hector Bolitho

Just read this masterpiece. Fantastic read. Bolitho's narrative was informative and precise. I was able to know about the great man, Jinnah, as he was.

Haven't read Wolpert's Book.
"My Brother" is another witness to what heights the great Jinnah went, to make alive the dream of Pakistan.
"Alchemist" is all time favorite fiction. It is full of messages and symbolizes our life actions. Take chances. Follow your personal legacy. A recommended read.
