Why we can't discuss result date?

I am not the admin, but I think they forbid it because they don't want to convert this forum into a rumor-generating machine. Because no ordinary aspirant (like you, me and the 99% others) can get any authentic news as to when exactly the result will be announced. A few people, with links to the insiders, are in a position to know a few things about the result beforehand. And I am sure such people will never share those valuable pieces of information, because that can be potentially self-incriminatory. That automatically means that all the other "news" are nothing more than rumors.

Finally the result is announced on the date that no one mentioned.

Moderators were under constant pressure that they had to keep check on all those posts whose fate was deletion. Members were banned for violations while discussing nothing useful. Whats the point?

Keeping in mind the outcome of such threads in past and to save members from the hassle, the management has decided not to allow prediction threads.
