My posts are deleted

I do not know why my posts are deleted. I have used mostly the jobs announcement section. Whenever i post, my posts are deleted. No admin warns me what wrong I did. Also this forum has disabled Privates messages, but other Vbulletin forums are using pm. Through pm you can easily warn someone. Administrators please tell me

Some of your posts deleted were either irrelevant to the topic of thread or repeated. That i why they were deleted.
