How to Recover forgotten email id of user name?

I hope, you all are doing well there. i need some assistance from moderators of this forum. that is, I was a senior member of this forum with user name Syed Rehmat Ullah shah.

I examined the facebook inbox, still i didn't get the instruction to recover my username. so, if possible,send it once again please.
