Emails being scrapped from forum

Hello. Admins. Every since i posted my email on the forum, i have seen a real increase in spam emails especially in the days leading up to new year. Please cant you make it so that only members can view the emails in the profile, otherwise email scrappers would keep sending spam emails. While all of these go into spam folder, sometimes a legitimate email also ends up in spam folder, and there it might get buried under 100s of spam emails received daily.

Your profile is a public page and any information you put there can be seen by anyone (including non registered users). I would advice against sharing your email address for privacy reasons. At this time we do not have the option to hide it from non-members.
