Don't delete Posts/Threads without any reason

Nearly 15 posts of mine was deleted in last few days without any reason and warning. All the posts are according to the rules of this forum. I din't care but now everyday four to five pots are deleted. I am not the only victim of this, many other senior members are also complaining. If you people don't like our post you may permanently ban us.
Below is the image of my deleted posts, please tell me the reason of deletion. Below my post a member use net speak but only my post was deleted which is fulfilling all forum rules. posts having netspeak is still on forum. Give me reason of deletion or say sorry.

It's not a problem on this forum only bro.. It is a social problem in our society at large. We need more democratic culture/thinking and tolerance.

this is the only forum where there is only discussion about education and education. ...please do not make it matter of your ego......when they say that we must follow some rules so it is better to abide by rules at least at this forum.....our country lagging in every aspect.... we are corrupt morally, ethically, economically,socially......the only hope is the youth and this forum is for youth.....

I am writing this with pain because I personally do not consider it proper to post something irrelevant ....... GOD bless you bro.....do not take it wrong

Nothing happens they may delete all my posts. i will not say anything but they claim that they have deleting because we are not following rules, which is not true(one example is shown above). I just want that they should say sorry to all for deleting their posts which are not violating rules or stop doing that. Those posts may be helpful for many members. They are misusing their powers.
qublai khan i am just asking about those posts which are fulfilling all rules of this forum.

You sent me a direct message so I have come and checked it all. Yes. You are right that your many posts are deleted in last few days. Let me tell you the reason.

"Agreed", "You are right" are kind of posts that we remove and its not a new thing. We have "Thanks" button for that purpose which is enough to show support, consent and appreciation. This helps in keeping thread short and relevant. Members do not have to go through number of pages to find useful posts this way.

Your posts in reply to "promotion to senior member from junior member" are removed. Its not your posts, rather DRWW's thread that has been deleted. Reason? Posted many times before. Members must explore Site Feedback section before posting any query in that section.

Then your replies to sidrahhh are deleted. It was her fault who posted in irrelevant thread. She is habitual of doing so.

In one of your posts you hotlinked an image and hotlinking is not allowed here.

We are not allowing any prediction of result date. I have just deleted THEMFC's posts too. They should have been deleted along with your posts but the mod missed them.

All of your useful posts are safe and none of them are trashed. Enjoy your stay.

Ah, that explains it. A guy recently wanted to know who the person was who 'predicted' the precise date of the results for a test, but the predictor's post was deleted; it wasn't a prediction but was concrete news.

However, I can understand the decision - too often people just make up predictions on their own to get some 'gup' going.

In my opinion, the current rule in place regarding deleting prediction posts is a just one, however, if a person mentions his source openly (name + designation or screenshot of a mail), the post should be left as is. Just a humble suggestion.

I request you to delete this account or at-least delete all comments.
Now why so dull in performing this job ??
On the contrary, some admins act very quick somewhere else, why so slow here..? :excl:
