AoA,

Well the specification of at least 50 characters (not words) has been made after a detailed analysis of the posts by some members whereby they've tried to increase the post count by making either irrelevant or useless posts, i.e. thanks, keep it up!, , etc. Thanks button has been introduced for such small concerns so that we can maintain quality of notes, and discussion posts here.

I really wonder, what is here to relate a PASSWORD with a Forum POST! We don't have any specification for PW here at all.

To my surprise again, why do you need to put 30 to 40 dots! See 50 characters are normal concern for a single sentence. Again, let me clarify, it's characters not words. For example "Dear Administrators, can you please explain why there's 50 characters' specification for a post on this forum?" contains about 100 characters, so there's no wrong with the system with 50 characters' specification.

Thanks for understanding!

Regards,
