What is the problem with the Moderators?
 

I don't understand the partial behaviour of the moderators towards some members of the forum. Whenever I post any reply, a message pops up for approval from the moderator. What is really perturbing that my post never gets approved by the moderators. I don't understand this logic that on the one hand, moderators approve posts which contain moronic content, on the other,some permissible posts are still pending for moderator sahibs approval.

After 10 posts or 10 replies to the posts, you will be allowed to post everything without any approval. It is not a partial behaviour. By default, 10 initial posts of the new members are required to be approved by the moderators. I had joined this forum almost 5 years ago and I had faced the same thing. I do not know exactly the purpose but it happens with almost everyone. I think they wanted to keep an eye on new member because some people do post useless stuff and even bully other members. Moderators cannot stay active all the time. Stay active on forum and try to reply to queries if you can. After 10 posts, you should be able to do it without any restriction.
