Where is my Avatar/Profile picture?
I uploaded the pic and can see it in the 'User CP' section but when I click the 'Save changes' button... I receive the error that 'Failed to upload' but nevertheless. It's uploaded and I can see it in the 'User CP' section.

but I want the photo in the forum like when I comment and start new topic like everyone else

Your profile picture is uploaded and is showing up in your profile.
You want to set an avatar.
Go to User CP ---> Edit Avatar ----> Select "Custom Avatar" -----> Upload from your computer or give the link of the picture hosted on some other website.

If the size of the image or image dimensions are larger than specified, then it will not be uploaded from your computer or the image hosted at some other website. Image size and dimensions are the key.

photo is not uploaded despite of reducing the size of the photo to 64 kb
