He may seem insouciant but you need to explore him to know the kind of person he exactly is. Keep up your work for forum & keep sharing those wonderful poetries.

Hmmm, what's going on here?

Can't say anything as many people just say anything anytime either just to make fun of others or to destroy the peace of a particular place. On the other hand, Mods here are no special people, they are also members from general forum, just a little more responsible, so they're given an additional responsibility of guiding people, and am damn sure they all (except me ;) ) help their onboard fellows within their possible capacity. [B]At my end, m' really grateful to whole of my team to be so responsible and especially for extracting time for forum out of their extreme stringent schedules. [/B]

Besides that thanks for initiating such a thread, but be ready you'll not get cent percent positive response.

Let me say something about my fellows. I`m completely agree with PR. We should add Admins and Staff members in this criteria.

He is a real guideline regarding every query which can be reason of irritation.

He always prefers to be straight and forward. He sounds to be strict which is opposite of truth.

[B]Qurratulain :[/B]

She is a real leader who broaches almost whole reforms for the community. For me, She is more like my sister.

[B]Last Island :[/B]

She is responsible to make everything perfect at the forum. Her efforts are always commendable. Her capacity and willingness of doing best makes me bedazzled. She always support me when i have no way out.

[B]Khushal :[/B]

A real source of laughter. He`s a man of benevolence. His posts give courage to do our best.

[B]Prieti :[/B]

She is so loving and caring moderator. she never prefer to adapt strictness against any case.


[B]Wounded healer :[/B]

He is the only doctor among mods who is himself imperfectly perfect. He keeps all incurable diseases away from forum.

[B]Tauqeer Kurd :[/B]

He is a rising star of the community.


[B]Amy :[/B]

She has the disconcerting habit of saying exactly what she thought. She alway found in state of confusion.... :haha

Apart from joke, She is really innocent and loving fellow.

Qayyum you have started a very good thread to appreciate the Moderatosr, and Thanks PR for including the staff members in this thread.

First of all it is due to the tireless efforts of the Argus Khan and Leonidas that they provided such kind of marvelous board for the aspirants of CSS. If this forum were not existed we were not be able to acquainted with each other.

The Moderators play key role while running the site and moderation is not an easy task especially when some one is preparing for CSS exam.

Respected moderators are managing the site very well . they are managing different sections. But the thing I have noted is that they are not managing the minds of people. just see in a day only 5 to 7 threads are replied while if u see the users of this site you will be completely shocked that 10 to 20 users are members and abt 70 to 90 guests .it is good . point to be noted is that what they are doing?
See the section A,B,C and whatsoever they are not participating well.threads concerning to these sections are almost not replied. if so many users are using this site at every moment ....then what they r doing? oh yes ....see fun and gup shup corner, threads of these sections are replied most.

If u don't agree...see today's posts and check how many are replied and their nature.
we are not here to make gup shup.this is secondary thing. we have forgotton the original soul of this website.our secondaries are primary Y? and it is duty of moderators to manage people.

Dear, modes are not the supernatural forces, they are like us, ordinary persons, what material they have they post it on the site. They are voluntarily working for the aspirants of CSS. You can say they have devoted all of their precious time for the welfare of the aspirants of the CSS. I found every mod very sincere, devoted and helpful.

I studied the whole forum thoroughly and I have no query regarding the CSS exam, I request to every member, please before posting any query read it in detail, most of your answers will be available.

It is the moral responsibility of every member to help the whole community. I will tell you a fact, that a moderator or a member post a useful thread after hard work and the other members get benefit from it and can become successful and after getting the success, he ignores all the contribution of the mods/members, launches own site by copying the cssforum instead of paying the debt of forum, is it fair?

We have made css a very sacred thing. It is not so as we made. Preparation of css doesn’t mean that we get rid form the social life. CSS or other exam is secondary in life, while our primary aim is to spend our life according to the teachings of Islam and get the pleasure of Almighty Allah.

The time is in your hands; it depends upon you that you spend your time in gup shup or in other sections. No one is restricted and there is no force upon any one, do what your heart wants.

So every member, if he knows regarding the query of any member, he must reply immediately (Allah help those who help others) to solve his problem don't wait, Allah will reward you.

dear zia khan ! i think u have not read carefully what i have written in my previous post. there is no doubt that this site provide a valuable information about css exam.respected moderators are working well.

Do u know Y r u here....on this forum? just to share our knowledge and it will be better if we start informative thread and all the other members should share their views with reason.it will broadened our mind and we will have the ability and chance to think on different concepts, rather than posting poetry .
sharing our poetry and other things like that is not the bad thing but they are secondary things.
U r a senior member , I respect u and all other senior members and moderators.I am apologizing if I have said something wrong but it was my personel observation so I said it.
U have said about others platforms and that they are copying this site,it is ok.U can copy anyone if anyone is superior to u.personally i have not seen any other site as useful as this is.but this is not the end of quality we have to improve more.this is why i said all this .

Well, If a person posts poetry or what ever you call it as secondary thing it doesn’t mean that he/she is on forum only for that particular thing , he/she might be contributing in other sections too. You just joined recently , I wonder how you could observe everything in few days or weeks.
Anywayz , you said about copying ,Ofcourse there is nothing bad in copying if the [B]source is mentioned too.[/B]

You are right this is not the end of quality and many respected members ,staff members and moderators [B]are[/B] making their efforts to improve its quality.

Well previously you said that its duty of moderators to manage , yes no doubt it is their duty and they are managing very well and about managing people's mind ,i think they try their best to do but they can't enter into people's mind because they are normal people like us .

Some more to add....
They cant ban people only for the reason that they are not taking part in discussion aur not posting useful information there must be strong reason for doing that , so in short its not their fault weather members take part or not in contributing to forum.

And if [B]for Example [/B] 100 out of 30 or 20 maybe , members take part in so and so thread (u call it as secondary threads)You cant blame moderators for that neither the administators.

Apologizing for what? It is your personal view and you have the right to express your views. Criticism and pointing out the flaws of a system is very good for smooth management. Every one has own ideas and viewpoints. You discussed yours and I expressed my idea.

I just happen to see these invective comments in our honor. Though we`re contributing for no personal-interest but to accomodate our fellows. Obviously we`re not bound to please you through our replies. Aloof from it, we`re doing everything possible to edify juniors.

No one bother to search their query from available material but want us to specify everything samualtaneously. All members have equal rights including mods; So that every member should try to be support of eachother.

Mods job is to manage the threads rather than answering the questions. I feel proud to say that we`re doing it effectively and efficiently.

So far as it is concerned with the quantity of members, I can say that our forum has more than 15000 members registered and It`s an illustrious and largest platform for CSS aspirants. I never try to scold our honourable members but My only intention is to clarify the issue. This is your own forum and adorn it with your best efforts.

Everyone is trying his/her best to keep the forum updated. Don't think that the Admins and Senior Mod's have gone into hibernation.They all are here. I think the posts which require an immediate answer are immediately answered by members and the Mods. Anyways we all can accelerate our inputs to make this forum more vibrant.

I joined this forum & found it very helpful and valueable. It has a large nmber of valueable members who help others without wasting a moment. there are academies who prepare the pple for css & get huge money. here every thing is free n without cost. when i searchd abt css in google there there were many sites appeared in result but this site is no doubt worthy among all of thm. its uique quality is material on every topic and every job.

regarding the staff now i m indebtd to thm aftr their soft n mild behaviour n thier respct towrds lay members. i really appreaciate their efforts. thier cooperativ behavoiur is resultd in such a huge paltform for the aspirant of all exams. I will call it mothers of academies.

amngst all members i found Queen very cooperativ, she justifies even the administrativ affaris n i think it will b impossible to satisfy thousands of members but she is trying to satisfy all to her extent. grt job keep it up.

abt other staff i also appracite their valueable contributon and time which they allocated for noble cause to help the aspirants. princes jusfies and cofesses her acts n it is the great moral defeat for those who protest over their minor issues.

I'm not sure whether to call you last island or royal queen of literature but the contribution u made to the forum is great and inexplicable... um all praises for u.. i'm now a csp but yr diligent effort to upload the papers are no doubt an immense help for those who want it... u deserve commendations and praises.. um one among ur fans... hope u'd keep it up with the same spirit if u get time for this thing in future.. i'm a teacher of English and my students ask me questions abot how to go about the paper esp the mcqs.. u solved my prob n saved ma time.. cos i ask'm all to see ur papers on the forum.. thanks over n over.. take care and stay coooooooooooolll...:bow :bow :bow

All mods are doing a very good job here...I think it is because of their cooperation and proper guidance that members find it easy to get their queries resolved on this forum...and it is also their vigilance that the right purpose of the forum does not get spoiled...I particularly like the work done by[COLOR="Red"] Lat Island, Princess Royal, Ziakhan, and Mumtaz Hayat Maneka. You are doing a service to these people.....they dont realise how lucky they are there is so much moral and academic support here to them.
As a regular user of this forum these days, yes sometimes we feel the mods have deleted some stuff or done some thing unnecessarily.....but thats how it works...
and i can assure you that you guys are honoured and looked upto by all the users of this forum... and i am saying this on behalf of a lot of other guys as well that i know from my common and use this forum.
So we appreciate you and salute you
