Okay, here it goes:

First, click the 'Insert Image' tool. Then paste the link in the bar that will pop up. Then click 'OK'. And there it will be - image! Simple!

How to upload a pic from my PC that shall appear in the med of the page instead of being shown as an attachment?

What I do is that I have an account at photobucket.com
I upload the pic to that account
the pic is uploaded
scrolling over the pic I get the [IMG] code for that pic
I paste the IMG code in my reply
pictures appears

Me happy

First u load the required pic. to any images site like www.photobucket.com and after loading the required pic. u just point the cursor over the pic. and copy IMG Code
