Infraction System

With the upgrade of our forum software, we have implemented the Infraction System feature.

The Infraction System allows us to better manage the behaviour of our forum members and offers an automated way of issuing warnings, suspensions and bans.

From now on when members break the forum rules, points may be awarded depending on the infraction committed and the severity of the violation which they can see in their profile.

If a user should earn an infraction, a message will be sent to the user explaining why the infraction was issued along with the points they have "earned". It will automatically expire after a given time.

If you feel the infraction/warning was unfair then please contact any moderator, don’t start a public thread as it will be removed.

How can we contact moderators as you advised?

I know about Feedback Section, I asked because you said not to create a public thread and in Feedback Section we have to create it. Although now it is clear.
