Default Two suggestions
No doubt, the forum has been very helpful for us. The site can be made more useful by live chat program to discuss the matters with seniors live. Secondly, there is no option to send text to seniors via forum, the only available option is to post a thread.

I support your request for a live chat between the members but that must be traced by the Moderators and should be only related with the required information not for friendship or other purposes.
