Between where did that point go?

EDIT: The term "spread some reputation around" actually means that you have to red or green-rep at least 20 members before you can give it to the last person again. If this limit is lifted, you will find your friends giving you green-rep again and again and vise versa.

Seems like Pakistan's imploring India to 'reciprocate' on the Kashmir stand, but India is as obdurate as ever and prohibits Pakistan from 'rigging' - to which it is inherently accustomed.

For administrators the rep is maximum with the default installation of vbulletin. The counter was reset to zero for everyone and since then, this is what I've earned.

I HAVE REP POWER OF TEN. If i give u green rep you will get 10 points (which offcourse I wont ). If I give you a red rep for this you will be on the second page with 10 points subtracted from your total points and you will have to beg 10 members to get you those 10 points back. Be careful chotoo.
