I have been analysing this forum that this forum has very attractive structure but day by day people change their mentality towards new things.So,i have a sugestion for this forum to make new changes in the medal policy.
I suggest the Adminstration to make new medals for those who appear in CSS once,twice and thrice because they also study and work hard.If luck does not favour them then it is not their sin but they should be appreciated at this forum.In this way they would also give good interest here.
What are your suggestions?

This is not a thing to be heared then implemented.
Administration should feel the importance of all aspirats candidates who appear in the exam.
I give you an example of a candidate:
One of my friend passed all the papers except G.K(119marks) but he failed of only 1mark.His total score was 625.
In my deeds he is not fail.
So,the failures have also imporatance.
Your consent for my suggestion would be appreciated by all the unqualified candidates.
This is also my humble request.
This would boost up the quality members of this forum and unqulified would participate happily.

Your subtle suggestion can not be implemented at all.We cannot simply have medals for NOTHING.This for sure doesn't mean there is no importance for candidates who could not make it through.There are members who have once been aspirants of css but are still serving this forum.We already have medal of appreciation for the deserving candidates and members.

The candidates who fail in CSS.Has they not knowledge and experience?

I had expected and was 100% optimist for the approval of my suggestion because i was thinking that you give importance to the unqualified candidates also.
Your deniel has harshly hurted me because if i qualify then you would give me imporatnce and would grant me medal.If i unfortunately do not then i have no importance here.Likewise,at strange public places,we have no importance.
But,in my view,the unqualified candidates are also helpul for the forum.
I would further suggest that if you implement my suggestion,it would be fruitful for the forum.

I have thought on this point largely many days then i have suggested you.
Do not violate my dreams.I had surety that i would not be deprived from my dream that i have seen for the forum.Please,cosider on my suggestion.
I am nothing infront of you.you are my authority.you are my elders.you are my boss,everything you are but i have also suggested you feeling myself member of this home.please,accept this.
