I would contribute but i would think that forum administrators do not love me.

Salam dear,
you must have been waiting for quite long for your medal, but i would suggest you that instead of wasting your time on asking for medal again and again, do some valuable contribution to the forum. may be that would earn you a medal without even asking, but of course, it might take some more of your time.

If you can't do this, then try following the idiom "neki kar darya me daal".
aap ne sab ki help kar kay bohat saari nekiyan to already kama li hain.... if you think, it is the best medal anyone can get...

or wese bhi dear, maang kar liyaa to kya liyaa...

There is no restriction. However, there is certain criteria based on which management assess the performance of members and then decide about giving medals. You were "voting" which is not the way these decisions are taken. Only management members can interfere in such decisions.
