You requested for medals, we assessed your threads, we didnt find you eligible so turned down your request. Thats it. Now, its your responsibility to get yourself involved in healthy and useful participation. Any contribution in Off Topic is not considered for medal. Time and again you were asked to follow the rules, to make some notes (not outlines or summaries), to help other members but you didn't and you are not willing to.

If you want something, first deserve then desire. Hope you will get it now.
