How to create a Sticky Thread

Dear Moderators,

I have video collection of entire geography syllabus that i wanted to post in de geography notes section. de only thing that i want to ask is k is it possible to upload videos in a normal thread or do we have to create a sticky thread for that and if so how can we create that.

Below Reply to Thread, you will see section of Additional Options. Here you have plenty of options to customize your post. Like Show your signature, Disable smilies in text.

Near bottom of this section, you have Thread Management. Here you will find the option to "Stick this thread after you submit your message".
