It is not about the number of posts.it is about the earned reputation points which is based upon your contribution to the forum.if the member of the forum likes your post he/she can give you a reputation point and it will be added to your reputation.

blobs will increase on the basis of reputation points.for details see post 1.

It depends on reputation points, not number of posts. vB has different reputation levels for users.

User is infamous around these parts -99999
User can only hope to improve -50
User has a little shameless behaviour in the past -10
User is an unknown quantity at this point 0
User is on a distinguished road 10 (new users start with this level)
User will become famous soon enough 50
User has a spectacular aura about 150
User is a jewel in the rough 250
User is just really nice 350
User is a glorious beacon of light 450
User is a name known to all 550
User is a splendid one to behold 650
User has much to be proud of 1000
User has a brilliant future 1500
User has a reputation beyond repute 2000

Can u please tell that is it possible to know that how much rep points we have given to others???

and how many rep points we can give within 24 hours???

Though the mods would answer. Let me tell you what I know.

You cannot see how many rep points you have given to others.

You cannot give rep points to same user unless you have given rep points to at least 20 other different members.

Now, if you give rep points to 20 different members in 24 hours, you may then be able to give the rep points to the same member.

But I don't think so that we can give 20 rep points in 24 hours. Perhaps we can give only 4-5 rep points (not confirmed). If we want to give another rep point to anyone then a message is displayed "You have given out too much Reputation in the last 24 hours, try again later". Thats why i m asking what is the limit..........

May be the mods have set a limit in terms of no. of reps a member can give in a time duration. I think mods are in a better position to answer this.

sir with due respect i would like to suggest that instead of using reputation mark,this forum should utilise thanks button alongwith a new hate/disapproval button to get this task done(though not precise in this case upto that expected level that is envisaged in the prescribed).


the idea of yours was excellent but the problem lies in that,i don't know about the rest,but i have come to know the function ,today, of this button since my induction in the forum.instead i have started using thanks button quite late due to my delayed observation. i hope that everyone dont face this problem but many do.

regards and appreciated your selfless project.

Is there any member with red reputation and even gray, I have never seen any.?
Secondly when we move the cursor to anyone's green boxes it shows some dialogue, but that is not the case with Last Island, though she has the maximum reputation I have observed so far, why so.?

Perhaps there is a problem at your end, message is appearing when you move your cursor on green boxes of LI.
