how to upload!!!

Asslamo alikum! dear admin i want to upload a new dictionary for CSS aspirants how can i do this....

You can use free online space providing servers forexample megaupload, rapidshare, 4shared etc and then post that link in a thread in the references and recommendations section.
Be careful that it shouldn't be a repost.
