1: Go to "USER CP" in up left side of the page
2: Here you can change every thing of your profile info avatar, email id, profile picture etc. etc.

Wamik bhai
Go to User CP, see in the list of user control panel and click on the option [COLOR=cyan]edit avatar[/COLOR], now leave the pre-defined generic avatars if you dont want to select any of the pics from it. go down the page you'll find two options,
option 1: any URL of a pic that you want to browse from any website
and
2: option is Browse, here you can browse pics loaded in your PC. You can select pics from you PC pictures through this 2nd option.
Now happy:D:D ??
And the same process you can use for your profile picture.
