download that particular file to your PC first, than upload it on scribd..

Once file uploaded than it will give you some options to share it..

i have done the same but still i am unable to open it my self on scribd..........i really dont understand where i am doing mistake
i down load it in my comp, then on scribed upper blue button i press for uploading it and uploading complete it is public.........but still problem
