You may click on the Post # hyperlink on the top right hand corner of the page (on left hand side of reputation button) and then save the page with any suitable name.

Delete the bold underlined wording in the url and write any thing in this place. It will appear as hyperlink.

Here is what you are trying to do :)

Brother, it will be difficult to show it by uploading images due to post size constraint. However, I am trying to enlist here the steps required to do it.

1. Open the single post by clicking the post # on top right corner (post # link is on left side of reputation buttion).
2. When the page opens, copy the adress written in the address bar.
3. Now, while posting reply under 'quick reply' section, click on 'Go Advanced' button. Now some more editing tools/buttons will be added on the top of text area and you will see 'Insert Hypelink' buttion just below the 'Smilies' button.
4. Click on 'Insert Hyperlink'. A dialogue box will appear with the text: 'http://'.

5. Erase this text and paste the address copied earlier into this box. Something like this will appear:

http://www.cssforum.com.pk/359703-post241.html

6. Now whatever you want in place of bold part as shown above, it will display as hyperlink in your post. I have written 'Test Post' in place of bold part shown above that is why it is appearing as it is below:

Test Post

Just one little tip

No need to make checking posts as well.

Use "preview Mode" for trying new things. You can check your posts there and then close the tab.:))
