I have a question.

I want to become a MOD here. What's the procedure.

Also what's with these medals that some members have. Like how can I get one.

Thanks Amna for responding. I precisely said "one" of my posts, I didn't say all of them because I only had two. Anyways, I would have appreciated if any moderator would have come up with a stronger justification, otherwise there are thousands of posts on forum which really have nothing to share, let alone being important. I would also request the moderators to truly have moderate approach for all members, moderate being neutral.

Secondly, nothing is useless on this forum, it all depends on an individual's interests; something that is useless for you may be useful for others. You should not generalize things based on your liking. Although, we try our best to keep the forum neat and informative but still if we miss somethings, you should report in the feedback section rather than engaging yourself in direct combat.

For Mods, every member and every post is important. We may miss something it doesn’t mean we are ignorant or biased. We haven’t any personal grudge with anyone. We delete, move and merge hundreds of useless, offensive and off topic posts on daily basis. We do work here voluntarily but not 24/7; we have our own life, responsibilities, we are not hired employees. I assure, every mod is neutral here. We don’t delete the posts blindly or to show some authority or for any kind of self satisfaction. REMEMBER! Every member is important and respectable for us. It does not matter for us who they are and what they do.

I would like to suggest that kindly, kindly try to avoid criticizing people as much as possible, remain focus on the discussion topic rather than engaging them in direct combat and personal attacks and become a little bit more tolerant.
