You can't change username. According to forum rules Username cannot be changed under any condition.

I have been issued CSS Qualifiers Medal. Although I could not qualify written CE 2012. The roll no mentioned in the ""issue reason" is somebody else's. So please remove the medal from from profile. I think someone from my friends had requested it on my behalf.
