I second you LI. Members exploit the option of Reputation point badly. They might not have understood the purpose of points. The option is available to raise the reputation of member. Before 2009, the option was used merely prolific threads but now it has just become funny marking for meaningless threads.

The reputation system has to be disabled. And, I am planning to promote the award system. The best contributor for each forum gonna achieve the award of Member of the Month. Every month the honour ll be awarded to deserving members.

If you have objection over comments given in repu points then you should have disable the "comments only".

Well I'm surprised on your reaction for such a trivial issue.Members gave me 33 points because of my failure and it's quite objectionable in your eyes.It is ruining the decorum of forum.It gave me that honour which I don't deserve.BUT let me tell you I "least" care for so called reputation points,reputation is in hearts and I'm proud that I owe that.

Close it for good.I'm no one to object but your pointing towards me is really depressing for me.why always ME ? For 6 or more years,members must have been getting "unfair" repu points,members must have been discussing things via private commenting.Right after the day I failed and got 33 points in a single day,you realized "it is being misused".

Members must have been getting points in "Poetry section" since the forum was created.BUT suddenly "our" points are grabbed which have been earned from Poetry section.

Then Members must have been posting the pieces of poetry that has been shared before "since the forum was created" BUT suddenly that is closed for a month to teach us a lesson and when it is opened,the reputation system was blocked there.

Members must be praising the pieces of poetry "written by others and posted by some one else" and those posts are kept safe.BUT when it comes to "my original poetry" ,all the praises and feed back is removed AND the other futile posts are kept safe for example my fight with a member or two isn't even touched.

My relevant posts are removed for no reason.The latest example is my post in thread "Emergence of leadership" on which I got many repu points.That was relevant and to the point though my style of analysis was not typical one.


Then "My failure" is getting fame and repu points as well.How cruel You are ! Here I'm broken and you are lamenting the repu points.

Surely close your this system.And take my all points back.They are just a fake pride which doesn't matter ,atleast to me.

I didn't felt such pain on my result as I felt on "33 repu points".

I never wanted to drop my feet in a controversy on this forum. As far as I am able to get to the core of these words they might have been misconstrued by Farrah Zafar. But forum management should also learn(as they are always busy in edifying us) that ''That government is best which governs least''.

This seems to be a case of "Success has many fathers while failure is an orphan".

@ LI, even I believe that u did not mean it callously(may be it was not a good choice of words while pointing out a not so good trend of members) but success is not even so important . I am pass but I've tasted 'bitter almonds' in the past.Not blessed with success members are as important as any others are on this prestigious forum.
Things seems to have changed at this forum now.Management provides very good services to keep forum smooth running but many of the Mods are too much magisterial. Some time we are forced to believe that we are inferior and don't belong here when some of them are aiming to teach us a 'good lesson' at this forum.

Apologies in advance for last personal remark that ' you have changed too LI'.Believe me. 2-3 years ago you were always ready to 'consider us' but there's been a lot of water under the bridge since.I strongly dislike that I made this last remark;I never wanted.
Why management faces so much criticism nowadays???This phenomenon was not the part of this forum in yesteryear.


Farrah Zafar did not earn reputation for failure but for valour with that she faced it. She earned it for she started this thread as the people who couldn't qualify used to go to hermitage for a hibernation.She is the vanguard and took this great healthy initiative for a great lot of great people(who had the true grit to compete).

Yes may be it's the difference of interpretation by us.However personal remarks are never refreshing and I didn't want to afflict u with some if others used to do so.You have the position of an elder sis for all of us.

However I had the right to lodge the vociferous protest against the 'discrimination' (in any form) which is rocketing on this forum(some of us do perceive so). We always expect equal treatment for all as members of this state-of-the-art pedagogic forum.

Members always love to criticize the management for the sake of criticism. They never know what we do and what we go through. Did anyone care to read my post carefully and to interpret what I was really worried about? NO! Not a single one did. And no one cared to ask her about all the false allegations in her posts. Everyone knows that we have been removing pieces of poetry for so many years. Tell me can't you see the feedback and praises are still there? Why would anyone tell that she is wrong. She had done a great job by criticizing us and you people just love it so go on.

Nothing happened when I supported her in her thread when she had a scuffle with a member. Nothing happened when she was awarded with MOA and a title. But yes I am callous when I talk about System abuse.

You can choose a new supermod of your own choice for yourself. I am no more at service for the ones who do not like to have me around.

I have supported her on her initiative of facing the result with rare courage as she started that thread. It is very healthy in my opinion. As far as some controversies regarding poetry threads and others are concerned, I am unaware and disinterested.She may present herself on that but better if the argument is let to die.
As far your position as supermod is concerned I hold your services and personality in high esteem and am immensely comfortable with it..

I feel sorrowful that I've added fuel(unintentionally) to a potential row. I hope that it ends at a good feelings and moods now.
