And how can i see alert of friendship request , thanks or reply of my post or threads .
Please tell me in detail .

As far as your question is concerned, One can communicate with members/friend through posts and threads only. However, you can search their profiles for any contact information if you wish to communicate privately. A notification pops up under username whenever someone sends a friendship request.
