Thread Deletion

Few days back I posted following thread: (text given in code)

I have observed that some members pay Thanks to other members in posts, and sometime create separate posts just for this purpose, which is not considered as a good practice in Forums. I suggest that we should follow the following decorum for saying "Thank you" in this Forum.
If some one has helped you, or you have found a post very helpful for you and you want to pay Thanks to that member, just click the "Thanks" button below that post and that's it.

If you think that post was very much helpful and useful for you, and you further think that saying thanks by above means is insufficient and want to express more gratitude, in such Exceptional Case you can say thanks in post.

It is now clear that you cannot directly jump to number 2, before number 1, so Do Not say thanks in posts.

You are not obliged to say thanks to those who have helped you, this is an ethical and moral practice. Members here will continue to help you irrespective of the fact that you have or not have thanked to their post.

I never use net speak, it was in right section, which are common mistakes. It was a suggestion. Definitely you had deleted this thread on account of some reason. Was not it right that you had guided me, not to post this type of thread because of "such" reason instead of just deleting it?? It would have enabled me to know my mistake and as a result of which I would have avoided it in future.
