How to upload picture for d.p. I have uploaded but cant see in any post or comment.

User CP > settings and options > Edit Avatar

P.S. give appropriate title to the thread you create.

Ok, Dear I have uploaded but it does not appear on my d.p, I mean when I comment or post anything it does not appear otherwise in my profile setting it appears. Please help.

There are two pictures, the one that appears with the posts is Avatar and what appears on one's profile page is Profile picture. Your Avatar is visible with your posts. To change your profile picture, click User CP > Edit Profile Picture > upload and save.
