My all posts have been deleted, 1st was about the css teacher who teaches without taking fee of his own choice, so is it wrong to inform those who can't afford,

second was about subject selection, do i not have any right to ask about my subject selection/suggestion?
should I quite css forum????

No. It is not wrong to inform. But it is certainly wrong to create same post in multiple threads. And your all posts were adverts. That is why they were deleted.
