Default who got insulted and how?

I have received a warning ' Insulted Other Member(s)' and it stops here. I need to know how and why.

There was a discussion in a thread about a thesis statement posted. The member/mod who I assume supposedly got insulted posted that the thesis statement is not correct since it doesn't answer how. I said how is what the body of essay is for. He deleted my post saying i ridiculed him. I don't know how he so conveniently makes everything about him. There were other members too on both sides of discussion.

So I think my post deletion was uncalled for. And what followed was after I had been wrongfully treated. I called him 'sissy', but only after he had misused his authority being a mod. So what I said was a post in direct conversation with him that I knew would be deleted, it was no regular forum post.

Now my first question is why would a person who is the one aggrieved here the one issuing the warning as well. I expect better from CSS team. The aggrieved cannot be the judge himself!

Secondly mods have post deletion option to keep the forum running smoothly not as a tool to have an edge over others in discussions. If they cannot take counter arguments they shouldn't join the discussion in the first place. And if they do they should have the nerve to listen to others.

Now deleting counter arguments, only because you are a mod and you can, is ridiculous. And so is moderating threads to make yourself look good! Before this it happened in Sociology past papers thread. We were discussing the MCQs part. And our very same mod mhz99 was constantly and annoyingly asking everyone to recall him a MCQ statement. So he said like for the tenth time, 'no one can remember even one statement'. And I told him 'Because you were supposed to ask this in Feb , not now'. This part of conversation got deleted too. Now my question is if other members lame posts get to remain posted why not his. Why is he making every thread he moderates about himself?

I was told to post a thread here yesterday so that the issue can be looked into. And I thought what he is doing is childish and so would be me going to the feedback section and posting a thread against him, so I didn't. But now I logged in and there is this warning!

All I am saying is I have other things to do. I can not indulge in endless debates here. It's just you take your time out to post something and then you find it vanished and it keeps happening- that is inconvenient. But then you find yourself being dragged into this Infractions.

I think he is just immature so he sees everything about him and him alone. He might have an image to maintain here. And seriously I do not care what he does and why he does so. I just want to be able to post and interact with users without uncalled for moderation of my posts.

So my solution to this problem is if a mod deletes a post he needs to give a reason, not to me obviously, but in the post deletion option that mods have and that should be better than - because this makes me look stupid!
