A Tribute To The Moderaters

Tribute to the Moderators who are really doing very excellent job free of cost and taking a lot pain only to help the CSS aspirants understand what is required to meet their needs.......... but
BUT
BuT

i am relly very sorry to take exception to ............................

Every one of them should be brave enough to admit his follies, mistakes or even blunders esp if he/she is in authority............. People,generally, dont respect such authoritarians who misuse their power irrespective of their being in any """"ISLAND"""".........rather its better to term it as "FEAR" which makes them bear the sordid cruelties.............

NOTE....... IF their is freedom of expression and acknowledgement of the postive criticism..............i hope it will not be removed

Wounded Healer Sunday, May 20, 2007 03:52 PM

@ literati
the only reason that the mods use their power is because of some inappropriate action/posts made by some member, which is against the policies of the forum.............most members dont bother to read the TOS, which results in confusion for the aggrieved member, whenever their post is deleted or whenever they r warned by the moderators..................
it would be better for all of the members to first read the TOS and to then start posting...............believe me, it is not an easy job to keep nearly 8000 members in line.............but the mods have to do it, for the betterment of the forum.
Every one of them should be brave enough to admit his follies, mistakes or even blunders esp if he/she is in authority............. People,generally, dont respect such authoritarians who misuse their power
of course u r right................but people also dont respect members who use the term "freedom of expression" in order to malign anyone...............if u have a problem with any one member or moderator , kindly ask the person urself through pm rather then flaunting the whole scenario in front of all the members................i hope u understand:)

Qurratulain Sunday, May 20, 2007 04:15 PM

@Wounded Healer

Rightly answered! Thanks a lot Dr. Saheb.

@Literati

Dear Users, as Wounded healer has said, it's not an easy task to keep 8000 members under observation, so we've derived some Terms of Servies and Forum Policies, but un luckily, users do not bother to read such before getting registered. And Mods do reserve the right to delete or edit any of the post which doesn't seem appropriate in accordance with the forum terms.

Secondly, if you've any problem with any of the Mod, please PM me or Admins with your query, instead of posting it publicly, we'll shortly resolve the matter.

This Thread is exclusively for Literati's query for which only and only Moderators and Administrators are to answer. No member is supposed to post any opinion or suggestion within this thread, if anyone has same query please PM me or Admins, DO NOT REPLY TO THIS THREAD, ANY REPLY TO THIS THREAD WILL BE DELETED SHORTLY. AND WE'RE NOT TO PLACE ANY FURTHER JUSTIFICATION FOR THAT AS WELL.

Agreed with Wounded-Healer and Qurratulain

Its really a great job that you (MODS) are doing. It is not easy to spare time for the forum especially on the cost of your own precious time. I (Personally and on behalf of other members) really really appreciate your services for the forum.

I am agreed that this forum should not be used :nono as some kind of political, sectarian or bazaari forum (here i mean destructive comments; obviously constructive discussion on politics, sectarianism etc is the beauty of this forum) where anybody tries to post his own personal or extremist views without taking care of other members' emotions and feelings.

And that is the job of Moderators -- Moderation and Regulation of the forum

The forum should only be used as a learning centre for sincere, honest and hardworking CSSers.:))
