AOA.i needed to ask is there any option to send a personal message to someone? or this facility is only available to mods?
and secondly i need to know if someone tags me,how can i know ive been tagged? is there any kind of notification or something?

PM facility is disabled for members. For notification purpose forum has a feature of thread subscription. You can follow your posts in subscribed threads.

Click UserCP tab. This will take you to all the subscribed threads. There is also an option of email notifications in the User CP. You can enable it.
