Can anyone explain in this forum, what is member, junior member, senior member criteria????

One becomes Junior member, member, and senior member once he makes a certain number of posts/threads. Following is the post number needed for the title:

1-29 ------------ Junior member
30-99 ----------- Member
100 onwards -------Senior member

what is the criteria for becoming famous very soon i mean some one is on distinguish road wherein some one is on other side like yours (marwatone is a splendid one to behold),green dots are for what?
