Go to F9 Park.They have a clean swimming pool.they offer swimming classes in summer as well.

you can also get a membership of Islamabad club,Marriott or holiday inn hotel if you want,otherwise,Rawal Lake is always there:dd

There's one in safari villas...bharia town ..really good

I know in islamabad there is a swiming pool in "Islamabad Golf Court"....... it's near ZTBL Bank. you can easily search it on Google earth.
