Default Help : Assistant Director state bank written test
This is special request to Mr. Fayyaz shaikh please guide about the written test of Assistant Director State Bank, as it will be conducted very soon. As per adverstisement the written test will be from (1) Business Communication (2) General Knowledge (3) Subject Specific Knowledge. I am very confused about the business communication because there are many parts of this subject. would you tell me, which part specifically i should consider and concentrate.........

Business Communication:

1) Report writing specially short reports
2) Memo writing: Inter office memo
3) Different types of letters specially letters requiring buffer and indirect approach. Persuasive letters.
4) Meetings: Agenda and Minutes of Meeting, steps in conducting meetings
5) Explain some terms: Stereotyping, perception, stimuli, prejudice, helicopter factor, hallo effect, feedback, 360 feedback, Connotative and denotative words, grapevine communication, psychological barriers in communication, semantic noise, encoding, decoding.
6) Some computer / internet terms
7) Grammar and vocab
