BPS 17 is around 30/35 thousand....so BPS of 18 grade must be more than 50 + allowances ..!!

A university lecuurer (federal employ) BPS-18 is given 24900 rupees (on contract). while for regular posts duduce from it.

But i have heared that the BPS-17 get 18,000 plus benefits.

Before 50% increment, salary of univ Lecturer of BS 18 was around 27000.

it's 35000.

one of my friends is a university lecturer(BPS-18) and he makes 35k a month.

Friends all of u are making estimates and guesses for the salary. For your kind knowledge, i let u know that salary of govt employees is fixed by account dept of govt(treasuries of AGs etc) as per salary prescribed grade-wise by govt.

BS-16 is 6060(basic salary) plus allowances.
BS-17 is 9090(basic salary)plus allowances.

I do not memorize exactly basic salary of BS-18. but i may confirm u tomorrow.
I also work in the accounts dept of govt.
