Need OG-3 Information
I am selected as OG-3 (Grade 3 officer) in National Bank of Pakistan. I want to know the gross salary of OG-3 and How long does it take to reach OG-2? I have done MBA.

aik saal tak 12000 dety han or aik saal k baad around 26 tak ho jati hai.......

Brother O-iiii initial pay is 12000 for 1year(training period)after this they will pay you 20000/month ,Basically its a 3 year contractual job which can be extended or nor.My opinion is if you have job then no need to join this job,but if you are jobless then its a great opportunity .

Sir kya woh permanent nahi karenge?
What about benefits? Kya contractual employee ko benefits nahi milte?
3 years mein toh OG3 officer OG2 mein promote hota hai.
Sir is procedure se nahi milti even contractual job. Shayad pehle mili ho. Ab sirf sifarish or merit.

its up to govt policies k og iii ko parmanent karen waisy ho jaty han...contract khatm hony k baad nikalty tu nai han...contract extend kar dety han jahan tak mjy pata hai......waisy achi job hai..

Thanks for replying brother. Magar aik sawal. Kya contractual employee ko wohi benefits milte hen jo regular employees ko milte hen? I was unemployed for 3 years after doing MBA and this is my first opportunity.
