Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MBA, M.Com., Masters in Banking and/or Finance from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed foreign universities.
CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or at least 80% marks (where GPA system is not available).
Age: Maximum 27 years as on September 30, 2012.

MTO ki salary acchi hi hoti hai kyun k ye OG-2 grade ka hota hai or OG-2 NBP mein 45+ hoti hai UBL mein 40+ hoti hai or ka mujhay pata nahi Allied mein bhi at least 30+ tou honi chahiye according to rule

The Salary Package and career path for the last batch of MTOs selected at ABL was as follow

During 3 months training: Rs. 20,000/-

After Successful completion of training

- who secured more than 80% marks in test was promoted to MG10 and salary was raised to Rs. 26,500/-

- who secured less than 80% and more than 60% marks in test was remained at MG11 and salary was raised to Rs. 22,500/-

Career Path after successful completion of training for both the cases mentioned above.
10% Increment on Gross Salary (semi annually) for 2 years.

Two books are enough to clear the test..

1..Caravan Aptitude tests..
2..Bank officers selection guide by M Akram & Sajjad Arshad..(Dogars brothers) (this is specially for SBOT & MTO tests of VArious Banks including ABL)

Focus on maths.. for it try to build up your base... solve maths from the books above stated..& for MTO type tests one should know GMAT or GRE type maths as wel.. to ensure good score..
