my frnd have 2 job offers UBL as RBO but not permanent and MCB TSO OG.4 which one he choose any suggestions...??

consider the cadre TSO is OG4(correct me if I am wrong), whereas RBO is OG3, thus you/your friend will reach the top management with the cadre of OG3 on early basis.

In case TSO is also OG3, there are still opportunities in UBL that in 1 and a half or 2 years RBO becomes Branch Operation Manager, dunnoe about TSO's if come across with this fancy opportunity.
