Islamabad and Lahore centre Candidates please share your complete interview experiance, what sort of questions were asked???

Today I appeared before State Bank Interview Panel for the post of Assistant Director (OG-2). I prepared wide variety of hell lot of things but interview turned out to be too simple and general in tone. They just ask me about family back ground, current job and future goals along with couple of questions related to agriculture sector. However it went well but not sure what they judged from this sort of simplistic interview... Confidence may be which I think I was quite confident.
One more thing, I got 70 number from first test, and I talked to at least 10 fellow interviewee and all of them got 70. One of the candidate did not appear in written communication test he was also called for. I guess Interview and written communication test matters least in selection procedure.
Guys who are asking to share interview question need to be relax. There is nothing related to field or anything like that. Questions were too general. No need to worry about Interview.

If anyone from Karachi receives interview call through telephone or by mail then kindly let others know about the venue, date, timings and documents requirement

So what u assessed? that online first test marks are going to be considered for selection purpose?

Brother I am pretty sure both tests and interview will carry weightage. those who did not appear in written communication test will get zero marks in it. similarly academic records will have their own weightage. based on it a final weighted average will be calculated as final merit list.

I entered in the room.one of members asked you are muddasar ali having master in International Relations.what is meant by I.R?Then he asked about Ukrainian crisis.After that second member inquired about International financial institutions and their interaction with SBP.Then 3rd member asked why we should select you while degree holders of economics,ACCA,MBA etc.are more relevant to this position?Then he asked what are your good qualities?Have you read SBP site?At the end he asked that have you any issue of mobility?Would you join if posted anywhere in Pakistan and with that interview was over.

I don't know exactly what going to matter most in final selection but I am just confused what they check from this sort of simple interview.

now only after final selection it can be revealed,what they considered....

Since Karachi candidates yet to be interviewed I guess final selection process will easily take more than a month
