Well my interview went okay. They asked general questions in the start and environment was good and panel was very friendly. I made a blunder and one of them said " ye koi science bana di h ap ne to' . Following questions were asked from me:
1. What is the difference between prize bonds and PBI( i dont know what that is).
2. Contingent liability.
3. What is monetary policy.
4. What does central bank conduct monetary policy.
5. What is the difference between HR and Management.
6. And what is the link between OD and HR.
And they also asked are you doing any job right now. So basically its a test of your knowledge, your confidence and your composure. So just try be yourslef and be confident and leave the rest to ALLAH.

Hi everyone. I have a question regarding shortlisting criteria of the candidates who have gone through all the processes (Test and interview). My question is will the final selection be based upon interview performance alone or will there be some sort of an amalgamation of test and interview score. I have a score of 72 and was wondering do I stand a chance of getting selected or is it all lost?

Test scores and interviews are assigned weightages for final selection. I think it is 60:40, respectively. Everyone stands a chance of getting selected. Believe in Allah and give you best.

The final score is the aggregate of the academic percentages, NTS score and interview performance and everybody has a chance.Although, low scoring candidates really have to work hard for the interview in order to get selected.
