First ov all I would like to thank every one for all their kind support and warm wishes.

The written test for the said post was conducted on 29-10-2009. Result was declared on the website on 24-05-2010. unfortunately, my candidature was initially rejected, so i had to appear for the personal hearing in which i was successful. Finally, the interviews were conducted during the month of Dec 2010 and Jan 2011. My interview date was 05-01-2011.

so to ans your question specifically, my interview was conducted approximately 14 months after my written test.

I hope that i have answered your questions.

what are the reasons of rejecting a candidate?
actually i have applied for the post of AD human rights.i attached transcript of Masters with the form, not the degree.can it become a reason of my rejection?i am worried.
is FIA test also conducted by Fpsc?

Yes! the FIA test and recruitment was conducted by FPSC.

As far as your question regarding your candidature is concerned, I do not see any reason that your candidature would be rejected merely because you did not submit the copy of your degree. As per my experience wid FPSC, you should have no problems.

My candidature was rejected because some ov the required documents were not supplied along wid my initial application. So i was directed to supply them, which i did and thus my candidature was reinstated.

@ shootingstar, businessline has rightly said, there is no problem if exams are being taken by fpsc. Once you clear your written test, they will simply ask you for the copy of degree and thats it.

I fear, this is not the case, FIA does not deal with the secrets, its an LEA, Law Enforcement Agency. If I am not wrong, somewhat its roles and functions are parallel to that of FBI in USA.
