Are you ready to run a mile in 7 minutes. I found it too difficult.

I tried it many times, I do it in 8 minutes easily but 7:30 with good effort but I yet to achieve 7.
.
Any guy in Lahore center on coming Sat at 7: 00 AM Model town?

At KARACHI center only one candidate could run 1.6 km in 7 minutes out of 70 candidates. I RAN 3 AND HALF ROUND OUT OF 4 ROUNDS IN 7 MINUTES. ANY CHANCE WHO COMPLETED 3 ROUNDS?

Default public school sukkur test
in public school sukkur today!
Physical test was conducted for all posts!

Almost 50 candidates came including me!

Running 1600m in 7 min!

Only one candidate passed it!

I did four and half round !

Any update from hyderabad centre,how many candidates from there complete the running in 7 minutes.

Did they measure height and chest at any centre
