Is there any role of IB in Pakistani politics like ISI ?

As per certain media reports, they have quite big role..

In an article by some leading journalist, the current regime tried to use that department for changing the Punjab government in 2008 but some elements there resisted or were used ineffectively and the things were changed...

Nope, it is not so, both ISI and IB have role in politics.. This is not a new thing, IB is having these things since their creation. However, the Political Wing of ISI was perhaps created two three decades ago.
