is there any job in ib .isi .and fia at graduate base.
if yes plz tel me the procedure , i am new in css forum so plz ignore my mistakes

Dear yes, ISI and FIA and IB etc all induct after Bachelors. Their vacancies appear in newspapers and also you can get information of the vacancies in these organisations in this forum too.
Keep visiting this forum regularly, and also an important advise to you being new to the forum,
Dear Read Forum's rules, also if you are serious about job in ISI, IB, or FIA then read all relevant threads in Intelligence bureau, Federal Investigation Agency and Ministry of Defence sections.
There you will find quite valuable information about these jobs and for preparation for their tests. Read that and prepare yourself for the next available oppertunity.
