Check out FPSC website. A notice regrading Adv 2/2014 says, "APNS had forbidden FPSC to publish its adv. Therefore, Adv. will be published in newspapers on 2nd march." May be AD IB posts are included in it.

There is no limit for apearing in this exam untill you are 35 of age i guess .
