Are u talking about this post? it is not AD of IB . It is several posts of federal government organization .... they can post in any department after clearing the examz. and written test is based on English subjective type of 100 marks. don't prepare objectives .
don't mislead to others brother it is specifically for AD IB.

screening test means initial test which they will take and the syllabus they mentioned in advertisment i believe and you can see in the start of this thread as well

Futuristic what do you suggest to read. I ve seen tests of 2007 & 09 I barely passed it . islamyat pak affairs basic gk are the sore parts . like I am as much naliq in such stuff as much a 9 years old kid

dear i would suggest:
Islamiat MCQs by cravan publishers or dogars
and Pak affairs by the same.
These are extensive and lengthy to prepare but very helpful.
For basic g.k go through internet sources and online tests available.
Infact there is no specific book for basic g.k.
News papers are also helpful in this regard.
