What if one loses chalan form for the post applied for assistant director?

they will not allow you for the test as one of my frnd was stopped before in senior auditor test.

Dear, go to the district accounts office. You must know the deposit date of your challan. If you have any known person there, it would be more easy. They will provide you your slip. Actually National Bank ki deposit slips district account office me jama hojati hn... No need to worry. God bless you.

i agree with muhammadsheraz,s reply.
the bank of the distt where u deposited fee u must go to there accounts office, that accounts office can provide u ur challan, if accounts office fails to provide ur challan then distt accounts office has authority to provide u credit certificate in which ur name date of depotist amount and bank branch name is mentioned. this credit certificate is equally acceptable by ppsc and fpsc as well, may Allah bless u ameen. dont worry dear
