Pay of BPS 7 in DIstrict & Session COurts

dear forum members i want to ask that is there any special allowance for the employees of district and sission courts ......and any one knows about net pay of BPS 7 in district and session courts..?

BPS-07, salary in ICT, Courts approximately 25,000/-.
Two extra allowances from Federal Government i. Utility Allow 4000 and Judicial Allowance 6000
